Winter Meditation


Sit down comfortably, both feet on the ground.

Take a few deep breaths. Slowly. Put your hands loosely on your lap.

Imagine you wake up in the morning and you feel a gentle massage on your back. It's your favourite way to start the day.

Imagine you go to work and your coworkers are smiling. They compliment you as you walk into the office. All the work you do is perfect. You are ambitious. The work space makes you thrive. It's energizing.

Abundance is with you wherever you go. You don't need to worry. All you want is within reach. All you need to do is ask. The Universe will give it to you. You have faith. You feel comfortable.

Imagine a world that's perfect. There are children playing on the streets. Their laughter is contagious.

Imagine you don't need to watch the news. There is peace everywhere.

Feel the love. The world radiates love.

Imagine a world that's healthy. You don't see garbage anywhere. The world is plastic-free. The animals are happy. Alternatives are plentiful. You love all the options.

Food is there to nourish you. You don't need to think about temptations. Portion-sizes are perfect. It's healthy. It's organic. It's varied. Delicious.

Imagine the way you look. Beautiful. Shining. You be you.

Fashion is slow again. Organic. Fair. You look amazing.

Take another deep breath in. As you inhale through your nose, imagine breathing flowers, love, hearts, stars, colours, beauty, energy, light.

Breathe out through your mouth. Slowly. Controlled. As you breathe out, black smoke leaves your mouth.

Breathe in once more. Feel the love.

Slowly start connecting again. Feel your body. Wiggle your toes.

Start your day. Be the change. All little things help. Be the change you want to see in the world. Start with what you can control. Because you can. Start with you. Start with yourself. Start today. Start right now.
